We aim to provide individuals and businesses alike a stress free and swift service relating to all aspects of business or commercial leases. Your matter will be handled on a No Win No Fee basis. As your representatives, you can expect transparency and efficiency from us in all your matters. If your case is unsuccessful, you will not be liable for any solicitors' costs.
Our consultation rate is 100 (+ VAT if applicable) for a 60-minute consultation. We will deduct this consultation fee from your total fees once we are engaged to act for you. We cannot offer legal advice over the phone or by email prior to being formally engaged as your legal representative, but our solicitors are happy to understand your matter over the phone/by email and offer a consultation if it is required.
