By far, one of the worst companies I have done business with, it ended in a small court case being opened. I required a Friends themed cake for a birthday event. I placed the order through the Iced With Elegance website. I was then contacted by Mary, who at first, seemed a nice, down to earth person. The order was placed two weeks in advance to ensure that it would arrive prior to the event. I was requested to pay a £30 deposit upfront, which I agreed.
