I had to take the Activity People to court and follow up with a CCJ to reclaim several hundred pounds they owed me. They didn't uphold their own terms and conditions by refusing to exchange a canceled activity (due to bad weather) for another activity elsewhere in the country (because I was "in the area [of the original activity] for a limited period of time").
The root of the dispute was that the Activity People were unable to get a refund on the booking they made on my behalf. They claimed that they were "just a booking agency" and that I was bound to the terms and conditions (that I had never
