Africa Exclusive

They had every detail covered. I contacted several companies, including the more famous, however, Africa Exclusive was the only one that actually listened to what my wife and I wanted. The others say they customize the tours, but really they just give you the boilerplate with your name on it.
Plus, when there was an issue, they handled it completely. Even following up a couple weeks later after I returned home to understand how to fix it for future travelers.

This is the second time that we have used Africa Exclusive to plan our African safari. Every detail was perfect from the accomodations to the private planes to the special events (birthday celebrations). There is no other company that I would recommend. They are the best!! We've just come back from our Honeymoon - a safari in Kenya followed by some down time in the beautiful Seychelles.
