Ruth was able to organise a trip for me and 3 friends riding across the USA on motorcycles, I had tried to do it myself and was unable due to the exacting things that we all want to do, Ruth sorted it in about a day and a half, amazing. Then Covid 19 struck, and our trip of a lifetime was cancelled , she sorted out the refund and was very supportive. I am so grateful and will be using Ruth at Brilliant travel again.

Ruth is amazing. After losing our once in a life time holiday to NY due to Thomas Cook collapsing. Ruth spent a lot of time finding a replacement and stayed up late to finalise it all. She even saved us money from our original booking. We are so excited and can’t thank you enough. I will be booking all future holidays with this lovely lady 😁😁

We really appreciate the hard work you put in yesterday for what must have been an horrendous day for all concerned during the breakdown of Thomas Cook. Having been totally worried about the outcome of our already booked Thomas Cook holiday.
