The 50.00 reservation Deposit is non- returnable. If the balance has not been paid 4 weeks prior - there is no further liability. If the balance has been paid, we will refund all or part if we are able to re-let prior to the booked date. Cheques should be made payable to: RG Simmonds. We are relaxed about arrival/departure times, it is helpful to know your travel arrangements.
Take the A605 towards Oundle from the A1 at Peterborough. When you reach the roundabout for Oundle take the third exit for the town and head into the centre over the bridge and through the traffic lights. Turn left into St Osyths Lane when you reach the market place and at the bottom of the hill after the Angel Inn turn left into the Co-Op car park.

This cottage was very charming and the gardens even more so! Learning to cook English dishes in the fully appointed kitchen was fun, and the grocers was literally steps away. Owners were approachable and accommodating, with knowledge of the local area and events. Laundry on site. If I am in the area again I would definitely stay here. I would go out of my way to spend time here again.
