Our popular menu includes our famous breakfasts, freshly made soup, sandwiches, flatbreads, baked nachos, salads and daily specials. Then finish with a flourish with a fabulous barista coffee or speciality tea with a home made cake, tray bake or tempting slice of gteau. We have lots of tasty, healthy options for young children, and offer plenty of creative, appealing gluten and allergen-free dishes on our standard menu.
Me and my other half had an amazing first experience here, we came in for afternoon tea and the staff were lovely and accommodating. The sandwiches were delicious and my girlfriend being a vegetarian loved her green pesto sandwiches.
The cakes were very tasty (at the time it was a matcha cake and a rhubarb one) all and all the place is very warm and welcoming, staff are lovely and the food is great, so if you're looking for a pleasant and relaxing time, then I highly recommend Heaven Scent!What a great find. I was lucky enough to be introduced to Heaven Scent & Heaven Above when my friends and family organised a surprise Baby Shower. I will make sure to visit again. The staff were fantastic, the Christmas Afternoon Tea was delish. I would highly recommend popping in 😊 Thank you again for such a lovely afternoon 😁

I booked afternoon Tea for myself and my 5 year old daughter. she had a Halloween WillyWonka Afternoon Tea. it was fantastic! I also brought my 8 month old baby and the staff were so helpful, they helped me put the buggy out of the way and provided a highchair, we were upstairs and there was a toilet with baby changing and everything you need really accessible.

@Tastingtimes challenge anyone to go and look at the cake in this coffee shop window and not have to go in. An amazing unique selection of fudge slices, blondies, brownies and gorgeous cakes.
We should have known it would be busy. So be advised you can book a table in advance. We luckily got a table and started checking out the food. What a menu!

We visited today for the 1st time and were not disappointed. They were short staffed and operating a reduced menu, sadly due to the current climate. Despite the reduction in availability the staff exceeded in… customer service. They were working hard to make sure that customers were accommodated. Our order was taken promptly and we didn't wait long for food. Both my husband and I had breakfast rolls, which were delivered piping hot (a rarity for an egg roll from my experience of other places). Wonderful experience.from start to finish, I hope the rest of their day went as well.

Convenient stop for a snack and a coffee. Reasonably busy, but we were admitted with no fuss and the food was excellent. The coffee was lovely and the service was top notch..... I need to go back as I completely forgot to leave a tip, which was well deserved. Apologies guys, . . next time. Oh, BTW, a lovely selection of cakes that we didn't savour on this occasion, so I'll have to go back.... :-).

Cake is delicious! Tea and coffee lovely, reasonably priced. Lovely atmosphere and little gem in this small town. Staff were super friendly and very attentive! Love it and will be back soon! 😊

The food was wonderful only made better by the incredibly warm service and cozy atmosphere. Heaven Scent is perfect no matter what you are in the mood for, a cup of tea, a hearty breakfast, a sandwich or a brilliant afternoon tea whether dining alone or catching up with a friend. The upstairs is a wonderful place to have a group get together.
