Excellent family run company, got the car I wanted, given my credit score was paying more than I wanted but once my score is better going to refinance my car for lower payments. IVA didn’t stop Withnells helping us
Not even being in an IVA can stop Withnells from getting you approved for a car that is ideal for you!
Our second purchase through Withnells was just as good as the first hence our return, we mostly dealt with Josh and had Luke assist when it came to picking up our new car.
Being in an IVA meant more information was required in order to be approved for a new finance and Josh went above and beyond to ensure all information was sent through to myself from their side in minimal timing on the week of the run up to Christmas when my IVA company was due to close

I payed 0 deposit I had a bad credit rating and drove away with a Kia Ceed which had 1 previous owner, had 70k miles on the clock and looked in perfect condition. It's such a smooth drive. I love my new car. This is all thanks to Josh. He also managed to get my monthly payments from 170 to 135. I highly recommend these guys.

Love love love my new car! Still can't quite believe it is mine. I had a Great experience from start to finish. Ben and Nicola were amazing, so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We were supposed to come 2 weeks earlier but my two kids got the dreaded covid, so Nicola arranged an extension for us and even kept in contact and asked how my kids were, this went a long way with me, so caring and considerate. Thank you Nicola.

An excellent experience, made it easy start to finish. Josh was excellent and super knowledgeable, didn't try to push me out of my comfort zone to sell a more expensive car, listened to what I wanted and delivered. Very pleasant throughout and much easier than previous car finances I've taken out. I will be staying with Withnell for future car purchases. Sorted a year's tax, changed car over to my name just to ensure it was all done properly. Came with a warranty to which they made explicitly clear I should use for anything and it wouldn't be a hassle. Would recommend to anyone, even my nan
