From start to finish the buying experience was low pressure, measured and focused on our needs. Some minor paintwork rectification was needed on the vehicle which Grosvenor did a professional job on, and then drove the car over to my house for a second look see. Altogether an excellent and honest service.

I should of done this review 5 yrs ago but forgot, bought my orange freelander 2, 5 yrs ago and it’s still going strong, I traveled from Blackpool to see it, the video alone I saw sold it but then when I seen it, was a done deal. Was sold to me in perfect condition. Never had an issue with it. It’s been my baby for them yrs and I hope will be for many more. Great guys. Polite and professional. No issues. A minor problem with the vehicle I purchased was rectified quickly with no fuss and the whole buying experience felt friendly and unpressured - the car itself is fabulous too. John was a great bloke to deal with and has a wealth of knowledge where cars are concerned. In an age of glitzy, massive showrooms, don't be afraid to try an independent garage - and certainly not this one.

Have dealt with John in various capacities now for a while. I have a small auto repair business in Bamber Bridge and service/repair many of the vehicles John puts up for sale. I know how he works and any issues are sorted without question. Business to business you could not ask for better. And on a personal note I purchased my latest car from him without even thinking twice. Best car I have ever owned, as straight an honest as they come and a true gentleman!

Delighted with my new motor a 2008 Honda a calm and relaxed dealer made it easy after leaving a deposit they got it ready for me, after a few days i got the phone call to say it's ready on collection i was told rear brakes a bit sticky so had fitted new discs and pads at no extra cost...Really impressed as most garages would just clean them up...overall a calm experience and a lovely car..Well Happy ..would recommend to anyone

Only getting round to leaving this review now as I've been enjoying my new car too much!
Bought a lovely immaculate Suzuki Swift SZ3 off these guys last year. Originally seen it online and living away from Preston we arranged to pop down and see it. As soon as we got there everyone at the garage was very welcoming, gave us the keys to have a look in, explained everything about the car and took it for a little test run. I dont think it took me even 30 minutes to decide this was the one. Fantastic service, John took care of everything for me so a week later i could drive it away. Excellent service
