Booked Andrew and his team for a small family get together whilst on hoilday in the lakes. We have some quite serious "foodies" in the family so needless to say expectations were quite high. I have to say though they were met and exceeded, felt very well looked after up to and throughout the event. We opted for the taste of the lakes menu but also some additions from the lakes and meres menu from which the grasmere gingerbread tiramisu was a particular highlight as was the morecambe bay crab risotto.
Again I must say Andrew's level of food knowledge was excellent throughout and the love of food

Andrew took on our formal Saturday dinner & informal Sunday "barbecue" buffet dinner @ very short notice indeed, after the chef that we had been intending to use, left. Andrew took on the menu that we had agreed with the previous chef, vastly improving on it in terms of nice touches such as rewording & suggesting little extras, such as a taster course. He provided a fantastic menu in a scroll, using the logo & font that we were using for our 3 night joint 60th celebration @ Appleby Castle.

Honestly I’ve never worked for a more incredible company, Andrew has given me so much support and I couldn’t ask for a better boss! I’ve been able to gain so much experience and work in places is never dreamed of! I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars because this company has changed my life !
