Originally from London, I've been based in Lancaster for nearly fifteen years and I worked in recruitment for twelve years across all sorts of different sectors before setting up on my own. I've built my business on making sure that I invest the right amount of time in working with businesses and candidates so that I can make sensible matches that have the best outcomes.
What I realised over that time is that working in a city like Lancaster has allowed me to get to know companies on a long-term basis, so I understand exactly what they are looking for when it comes to each vacancy. It's the same with candidates - I have many candidates who have come to me several times over the years when they want to find a new job and I really enjoy watching people's careers bloom!

I had a very good experience with Mandy when I was looking for a job in 2020. She was one of the genuine recruiters out there and I could see from her profile on CV library that she really cares about people and wants to help them find the appropriate job. Mandy always kept me updated by email or phone call and the recruitment process flowed through quite smoothly. I would definitely recommend Mandy to anyone out there.

Mandy contacted me regarding a Graduate Engineering Product Manager role I had applied for and from minute one she was incredibly professional on all fronts. What can I say, Mandy is truly a diamond in the rough. Her enthusiasm and determination define her as one of the best recruiters I’ve ever had the pleasure to know.
