Once a tenant is found, a full application and referencing process is undertaken, references are carried out by independent market leaders to ensure quality results. If acceptable to both us and you as the landlord we deal with all paperwork and moving issues for you. Once a tenant is in, your property is regularly inspected and you are accounted to once a month.

After months of looking at other properties with other estate agents and either being flat out refused because we have a dog, or just simply being told we hadn't applied when we had sent ALL of our personal details and proof of ID to them, it was a delight to finally meet a team that actually cares about potential tenants!
The gentleman who showed us round the property was funny and engaging, and gave us all the best advice about how to apply and what information and assurances to include in our application. When we did apply, the ladies in the office were polite and helpful and extremely efficient
