I've got nothing but praise for this company .
I left a full time job where I'd been for 4years to join and ive no regrets . I was surprised by the caring phone call I receive on a weekly basis , just checking in to ask if all is well and a general chat about life . I've been working for tribe for awhile now and I can't fault them. Louise is amazing and very helpful, it was a massive decision for me to go back into care work and I've enjoyed every minute and every home I've been in. I would preferably like shifts closer to home but don't mind traveling to far and I know I'm doing a good job when homes are asking for me to cover shifts, highly recommend them to anyone wanting to work in care

I have worked for tribe recruitment in sunderland 1 year next month and its the best thing i done .i have acheived so much training and they have opened so many doors for me i did differnt care work from strating in march anything from residential to one to ones hours to suit my self very flexible suits me fine as i have commitments.. good rate of pay and staff are all great!! management become more friends than bosses..RECOMMENDED to people with commitments and have to work around bizzy lifestyle

I have worked for tribe sunderland branch since the day it opened. The manager and office staff are the best I have ever worked for they aren't just office staff they have become friends always there for you no matter what. I have worked in many different places over the years but theses are the best I love it nothing is too much for them what a great team.

I have been working for Tribe for nearly a year now, and as I am currently studying at university my schedule is very busy, but tribe are very flexible with my working pattern and fit my shifts around me. Hours are great and great rate of pay. The people are very friendly and very easy to talk too. Would diffidently recommend. :)

Have work with a couple of agencies and find Tribe to be in a different league. They truly grasp the meaning of being an agency. ie kind and welcoming, transparent with pay, not pressurizing staffs into picking up shifts,...etc etc. what else can you ask for! This is the place to be if you fancy being an agent!!
