Schuss Property Limited was incorporated in 2007 but I have been involved in property development from my early years as my father, a Chartered Accountant by profession, always had a project underway at home and still does today! For property retained for letting we use the rental yield as a % showing return annually on initial investment. An indicator of return on your funds annually - if you think you may receive approx 2.29% with funds in a savings account.
