Due to Government guidelines regarding CORVID-19 our holiday accommodation and The Lake District are closed for business. Manor Farm is a smallholding situated on the unspoilt West Cumbrian coast between the sea and the moorland slopes of Black Combe. Owners Maggie and Imtaz have converted the barns into accessible accommodation. They have used their experience in health care to create specialised holiday accommodation for people with all levels of disabilities along with their families or carers.

Services
The attractive hamlet of Kirksanton is clustered around the village green and is dominated by the presence of Black Combe, one of The Lake District's smaller mountains. It comprises of a collection of cottages, farms, village hall, a former brewery and a few grander houses. The village pub is now The King Billy Grill well known for good steaks and home cooked food.
These are inclusive of VAT, oil central heating, hot water, electricity, bed linen and hand/kitchen towels. Please bring bath towels. Washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets and toilet paper are provided. A welcome tray is provided of home made cakes, tea, coffee, milk, sugar and fruit squash for you to enjoy on your arrival.
Manor Farm is situated on the edge of the village of Kirksanton just off the A5093, 2.5 miles north of Millom. It is approximately one hour's drive from the M6 motorway. Follow the road for approx. 18 miles through Newby Bridge and take a right turn at the estuary at Greenodd, towards Workington/Whitehaven [A5092] and then onto the A595.
