Had a viewing with Hills last week with my partner. The lady in the office was very polite and friendly. The viewing was with Alex and he was professional and informative but also welcoming and friendly. Felt very at ease which was nice as it was our first viewing. Would reccomend!

I usually choose an estate agent as the one who turns up the least late - Justin arrived early. He continued to always reply promptly to any of my queries. He saw the value in the property that others could not, and advised me of the best route to sort out the offers. He took time to listen to my concerns and addressed them well. I would happily recommend Hills to any of my friends.

Hills found me a buyer for a house I was selling on behalf of a relative. Despite my living 150 miles away and all the restrictions and difficulties associated with Covid (like our having to manage this remotely) they were very helpful throughout and went the extra mile to help by recommending local tradesmen to take care of necessary work etc. Thanks to Justin and Tom. Highly recommended for personal service.

Hills have been brilliant!! Having spoken to a number of Estate Agents before meeting Justin I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and honesty. He was incredibly knowledgeable, not only about the area where my house was but he also provided a lot of insight to the other areas that we were looking at.
Our house was only on the market for a week before it sold and having a new baby Hills kindly liaised with all potential buyers and managed to group viewings together to make life easier for us. We had feedback from all viewings and the team at Hills were fantastic, always calling back
