I rented off this agency for over a year and never missed a rent payment.
My first red flag was when I Failed an inspection because I had things in box's neatly around the flat. I hadn't any proper storage
I was still just on a mattress on the floor
A week later they tried to gain access without my knowledge, they justified this buy saying that had asked my grantor (my mother ) to relay the message
The employee that did all this no longer works there but the list continues
Coming to the end of the pandemic they decided to raise my rent Buy 10 % they did this without the proper paperwork which

Was a tenant in a cottage for a landlady that I knew well. By all accounts (tenant and landlady) the service provided by Bomford and Coffey is appalling.
The staff (although one woman in particular called Sam) are rude and standoffish on the phone. They were totally inconsiderate of the fact that both myself and the landlady work, calling at odd hours and then arranging viewings for the property without even obtaining a key!
When I moved in the itinerary was a photocopy of the previous one and near as I can tell no attention was paid to it this time either. Poor show. Several false claims were
