ARK Architectural Concepts Ltd born out of original company Plans for the Future providing friendly professional innovative architectural practice based in the middle of England in a picturesque town called Stony Stratford in Buckinghamshire. ARK has several disciplines and can offer a professional all in one service.
Our Architectural service offers 2D and 3D Computer Aided drawing service and we can undertake small to medium size projects both for Commercial and Residential works. We have partnered with associated professionals including Planning Consultants, Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyor's, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Drainage Consultants and so can address most construction related queries promptly.
This area of our business is growing and we specialise in managing Re-Images, Refurbishments, Fitting-Out in the commercial and domestic markets. To be successful in the High Street it is paramount that Shops, Hotels, Pubs and Restaurants are kept "Fresh, Modern and Inviting" for the public therefore most companies have a long term plan to upgrade their estate as a rolling programme.
ARK specialises in sourcing products that are of high quality but does not cost the earth! We have partnered with suppliers in the UK, Europe and the Far East so depending on the volume of products required we can quickly determine the most competitive market to purchase from. The Far East has always been a low cost market but concerns have been realised in some cases about quality and service.
