I prebooked a taxi over 24hours in advance only for them to ring me 20 minutes before to say they cannot provide their service despite them taking the money out of my bank account. Not reliable at all and felt incredibly stressed as a girl by myself in the middle of London. I got an Uber in the end which was more reliable and cheaper. Don’t use Raynes Park Cars - they don’t deliver on their promise and leave you stranded.

My wife and mother were taken back home from hospital and gave money to driver in coins. the man became very hostile and angry, threw the money back at my wife saying you can’t give me coins, became loud and for no reason. my wife and mother were very frightened by the driver. i called their office and instead of apology the person in the phone said don’t use our cars again! how rude. I urge you to kindly stay well away from this terrible mini cab service!!!!!!!!!

We order a taxi and it didn't arrive so I called after 10 minutes. They said they didn't have a record of our booking. They said they would send someone out straight away and they'd be there in 5 minutes. After another 25 minutes we decided to cancel. No apology for the delays. Poor service. Will not be using them again!

AVOID. NOT HONEST. No control of drivers. Called today, asked for an urgent car, operator said in 10 minutes. After 15 minutes called again, operator said "oh driver passed the job to someone, and therefore driver will be in about 15 minutes (which is 30 min after placing booking). If knew that before, would book a car with another company. As a result late and paying extra for child's nunny, so loosing money because of unreliable business.
