DO NOT USE....Shame I can't give less than 1 star.
I work at Iceland Supermarket and I called this company for an elderly disabled woman. The driver was rude and put the phone down on me when asked to pull down the left road of the store so a staff member could walk the lady and her shopping down (this information was giving to the station when cab was booked). I called the driver back and he put the phone down again and turned his phone off. I called the station who said the driver claimed to be waiting for 30mins and that to send him back would cost the lady £15 now instead of her £5 trip
