We use qualified and experienced contractors/tradesmen from Architects/Surveyors and Structural Engineers, through to bricklayers, electricians, plumbers/Gas Safe engineers.

We have had the 1st Choice team with us for 3 months now and cannot fault any aspect of their work. The team are incredibly hard working and reliable which was particularly evident during the challenging start where they were faced with continual bad weather. This coupled with the unpredictable groundwork presented the team with numerous problems none of which compromised the quality of their work. Throughout the build they have ensured that the impact on our busy family life is minimal and are always very friendly with our children and dogs. Russell and his team have done a great job relaying a garden path and patio while also tending to various jobs that needed work over time like a shed roof, gutters, fencing and so on. Never too much trouble to discuss things and always transparent on price, would highly recommend.
