We started off as a small family run removal business located in the North East of England, which has thrived over the last 30 years. As a company using packaging materials on a day to day basis, we decided in 2016 to extend our services into supplying this industry.

Services
You could be eligible to take advantage of a Schott Packaging business account where we can apply exclusive trade discounts, and offer variable payment terms based on your volume. We can hold multiple addresses on your account, and send stock to different branches based on your requirements, as we already do for a number of large franchises and store chains in the UK.
Orders can be tracked on our courier websites. Please note that the tracking reference code does not activate straight away, and can commonly not reflect any parcel updates until later into the evening on the day of dispatch when the courier log the parcel received. Please contact us if something doesn't seem quite right.

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HAYLEY.. I RAISED IN DETAIL THAT THE 30CM WIDE BUBBLE WRAP ORDERED WAS COMING IN AT 25.5CM-27CM WIDE AND WAS WELL SHORT OF THE MARK. SO THE PRODUCT ORDERED WAS MISLEADING AT BEST. SHE SAID SEND ME SOME IMAGES AND THEY WILL TAKE IT UP WITH THEIR SUPPLIER, I SAID OKAY BUT NO TIME TO DO SO NOW BUT WILL FORWARD ASAP. THERE WAS NO TIME FRAME MENTIONED IN HER COMMUNICATION. I SENT OVER TODAY AND SHE POINT BLANK REFUSED TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER NOW ITS OVER 30 DAYS, USELESS, SHE NEEDS A LESSON IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETENTION, RUDE AND STUBBORN, ALL I WANTED WAS AN APOLOGY

Completely happy with the quality and cost of the packing materials I received.
It tood much longer for the delivery to arrive than predicted on the website, however this may well have been due to the carrier rather than the supplier.
The lady at the end of the phone who I spoke with several times about my order was always pleasant, polite and helpful.
So, happy with the product, but didn't need the hassle of having to keep chasing my order. Moving house is stressful enough as it is!

I was kept up to date with the progress of my delivery, which was a quick and good service. However I ordered 50 boxes from the company and received one package of 30 boxes and the next day one package of 10 boxes. Instead of the other10 boxes I was expecting they had sent me bubble wrap and tape rolls.No explanation why the alternative items were sent and not the boxes.

I ordered some bubble wrap to be delivered within 48 hours, which was ideal as I required it for first thing, so before it could be delivered. My order was delayed and I received no notification, so had to spend more money elsewhere trying to get what I needed last minute after waiting in to receive my order. When I messaged the customer service email address I received no help and no offer of a refund for the postage cost (which was a quarter of the total price of the order!) even though it wasn’t delivered within the quoted time and I’m unsure how I’m supposed to return it as
