Into The Blue certainly has reason to be proud of its roots. I first came to Biggin Hill as a small boy with my father Jock Maitland. He opened Biggin Hill as a civilian Airfield in 1958, at the time there were many semi derelict relics from its wartime days and I would spend happy hours amongst the old pill boxes and blast pens.

Unfortunately, we , like many have had to wait for our tank driving experience. However as well as Covid we have also had to adjust to another life threat that has prevented us from having fun ..Cancer.

I purchased a voucher for a helicopter ride for my nephew as a Christmas present (2019). We were hoping to use the voucher last summer but then Covid hit. Into The Blue were great in extending the expiry date of the voucher on a couple of occasions. Unfortunately, even when lockdown restrictions were eased, helicopter rides from our preferred location haven't resumed and are not likely to for the foreseeable future. Into The Blue offered to extend the voucher and a refund. We opted for the refund due to the uncertainty. Into The Blue were great - professional and very helpful. I wouldn't hesitate

Booked a flying experience and even paid to extend the voucher. Unable to book the experience or get hold of anyone at intotheblue. They have been completely inactive on social media since March 2020 but still take money for experiences via the website. Utter scam, avoid at all costs.

Step son received a child's driving experience for his birthday. Have had no emails and when we went today with a very excited child we found no one there for his experience. The manager told us we r the 14th-15th group that has turned up and the instructor hasn't turned up. try to phone the guy that supposedly runs it and u get a dodgy voicemail that tells u to email him because he gets a dodgy signal. my sister in law also only booked last week and my mother has just been told they ceased trading months ago. so why keep taking bookings?

I have given a fair rating because to be fair I haven't had the experience yet but just a word of caution. If you get a voucher as a gift do check the expiry date which does not necessarily match the promo material. The card I received as a Christmas present said valid for a year - 365 day to redeem the voucher but I have just been told that some of the more popular activities are only valid for 6 months. It has just cost an additional £15 to reactivate the voucher.

I bought a junior driving experience from into the blue and it was booked via a different company who would not honour what the voucher said. I emailed into the blue and within 10 minutes a very lovely lady, Angela called me to say she would look into the matter. ( Great name) The very same day she called me back with a conclusion to my concerns.
Fabulous customer service. I would recommend purchasing through this company and don't forget they sell you the voucher! They are not the company who give you the experience. 5* service.

If I could I'd give no stars!! Bought a flight experience- the person receiving the gift said it was one of the best gifts he'd ever had. A couple of months later told the piglet had died- this after multiple attempts to book being ignored- so- I paid more to book another experience only for attempts to book getting ignored!! Into the blue managed… to get hold of the pilot and I called them and agreed a booking but now I can't get any confirmation & once again calls/texts not being answered!! I'll give it today then if no joy I will be having my money back!!! Utter rubbish!!! 😡
