I ordered an item as a birthday gift but the wrong item was sent. I rang, explained the problem and mentioned that the item ordered was a birthday gift. A little while later my phone rang, it was the manager who again apologised for their mistake and said an employee lived not far from me and would drop the correct item off that evening. Sure, enough Dylan arrived with the item I had originally ordered. Amazing service, Thank you everyone involved especially Dylan who saved the day!

My dear friend Susan and I went to this shop and it was unacceptable. We were told to wear a mask even though it is our body and our choice. I may have a chat about it on facebook where i am karen68livinglaughingloving and my friend Susan, with similar views to mine about this outrageous shop is susanloveswine68. I am doing this to serve my country as all of America should know about shops like this. I am sad, angry and disappointed instead of living, laughing and loving. I purchased items that when arrived were not as large as described on the website and packing slip.
Despite numerous messages on Facebook and emails, I am not getting replies from them, only one email making an incorrect excuse for the size difference. They say they aim to give 100% customer satisfaction but I have not had any from them

Absolutely wonderful customer service and really speedy delivery, left it a bit late to get some bit's for my other half's birthday (whoops!) but all was saved when i came across this store!
