I have been using Almond art for many years now .Ever since I worked for Louise and Kevin. Always very friendly and helpful .If an item is not in stock there usually is an alternative that they can suggest .since covid and the restrictions, the shop became collection or delivery .Which has worked very well.Easy to order online

WARNING - WARNING!!! Do NOT order ANYTHING from these people! It has taken me 2 months and multiple emails and I have still NOT received the product that has been ordered. However, these folks charged my credit card and have yet to refund my money or send the product. Their customer service is incredibly incompetent and condescending. Go figure! If I could give this business a negative 10 stars that what they'd get from me.

I have used Almond Art numerous times. The delivery is incredibly fast and reliable. Jessi B's review is nothing like my experience. Goods ordered one day generally arrive the next day or the day after.
I also think the range of products is great. Website could be doing with a little modernising but it works well, that is the main thing.
I would recommend Almond Art to anyone, without hesitation.
When packages don't turn up in my experience the postal services are generally to blame.

Please make sure that you know exactly what you need from this business, and be in no hurry to use it.
To date, it has taken 10 emails and 5 calls in order to receive a refund for merchandise I did not receive. I was promised today a refund for the merchandise, not including shipping. Here's to hoping it is done today.
They will lie and tell you that they responded to your emails and tried to call you, but you, the customer, never replied. If you talk to the customer "service" personally, the problem will always be your fault. I wish Yelp would program negative stars, so
