Orders will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 3:00pm, for normal delivery times please allow 1-3 working days for delivery. We will endeavour to meet any given date for delivery however we cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control. If we are unable to make the expected delivery date we shall inform you by email or phone as soon as possible.
We have a range of in-store services available all with different prices, some of which can differ dependant on the item itself. Please call your nearest store for a definitive cost. Clogau has been producing quality jewellery containing rare Welsh gold for over 30 years. A family company, the Clogau brand originated from the unexpected discovery of an abandoned gold mine in the Snowdonia Mountains. Having seen it's first discovery back in 1854, it was the most productive mine in the Dolgellau gold belt.

I recently wanted to purchase a swaskovski Angelic Jewellery set.
However, when I was searching the internet .. all the websites that sold it (including Swaskovski) didn't accurately list what was in the box (three items).
I then came across David Christopher who accurately listed what was in the box (peace of mind) and promised next day delivery.
As promised the jewellery came next day via royal mail special delivery.
To my delight there was complimentary chocolates included in the package.
Would totally recommend this company for attention to detail and a thoroughly professional service

I went into the Pandora section today with my husband to choose a ring for my upcoming birthday. I would just like to say how lovely and friendly Kate was and to thank her for her excellent customer service. My husband was also very impressed with her and the shop and I have a feeling my ring will be on my finger on the day!
