Fantastic service, super knowledgable and really nice people.
Had an engagement ring cleaned at very short notice and they did an amazing job. The ring is an heirloom which we have little information about, so as well as the clean some insight was given about the cut and the condition with some advice on an issue that it had that we were unaware of.
Could not recommend these guys more!

The diamond had fallen out of my solitaire ring. Fortunately I had found the stone on the floor.
Kevin explained how the stone had been set in the ring and what he would do to make it more secure.
Collette let me know a price estimate on work to be done and also told me when shop was open due to lockdown restrictions in place.
I received brilliant customer service I would certainly use this shop again.
I am very pleased with the repair and reassured that, despite the ring being worn on a daily basis, the stone is now firmly set.
