Amazing costumer service is the best part of this company, my daughter car wasn’t going to be ready in time for the arranged delivery date, due to no fault of there own but they send out a package for my daughter to open before had. With the sweet note from Santa saying she hasn’t been forgotten. The car itself is utterly amazing. The lights and sound effects really outdo the the look of the car. My daughter loves to dance along to the sound system and loves That we can put our own music on it for her to cruise too. The only part that the window screen comes off with the slightest knock but

Responsive company from ordering to the speedy delivery, ordered one in Oct 2021 the BMW then a second one in Dec 2021 this was the Audi TT both xmas presents for our grandchildren. Easy to assemble the final parts following the instructions and a link on youtube, clear instructions included how to charge the car and how to prolong its use. Initially, I bought an electric ride-on car from somewhere else. Been very disappointed so I looked for a different company. On a Google search, I found various companies that sell them. The first I've checked was RiiRoo. Seen the car I liked but been looking somewhere else, but my mind was fixed on RiiRoo's car. No matter what cars I've seen I've gone back to it. Made my mind and decided to go with it. Received the order. The box was a little "crumpled" and I think this was the reason why on one side the wing, right above the headlights, was a little off (damaged - not cracked). But no worries

This company have one of the best customer services I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing.
My goods arrived damaged and unusable I emailed them at 8pm had a response back in half hour, had all the details o how to return and replace the next day, got all this complete and had a whole new car ready and set up less than 24hrs after the issue arose.
Also the actual cars are very good quality and packaged very well also.

Well, what can say! My Granddaughter loves her Land Rover Discovery! This was an exchange from an unlicensed pink model RiiRoo had on their website. I had a problem with the first ride on that bought from these guys. Customer support was excellent. I was missing 2 screws from the seat and they sent me out 2 screws via DPD to replace the missing ones. Yes, the instructions are in pigeon English (although they do seem more understandable when you buy a licensed version) but the product originates from China so this is to be expected. I purchased a ride on police car from RiiRoo in October 2020. This was a Christmas present for my 2 year old. He loved it and his older brother who is 6 year old loves it too. They ride about the house and garden in it by themselves. Delivery was quick, and connecting it together was straight forward. I would definitely buy from RiiRoo again. They have a very helpful customer service who we spoke to with regards to sending out the registration plate for the police car.
