Pearse's first association with Derry started back in 1991 when he studied his Bsc Hons Housing degree at Magee University. After graduating and working away from the city for a number of years Pearse returned to set up Cullen Property Services in 1997. Disgusting treatment towards tenants. Expect families to live in houses infested with rodents! Avoid at all costs whether a tenant or home owner. Appalling.
Just to follow up on your reply. I didn't state I was the resident. But I have witnessed how badly you have treated one of your tenants over the festive period! Disgraceful!

Don't use Cullen Property, used to be a former tenant and despite cleaning the house top to bottom and the place was left in good condition, they still wouldn't give us back our full deposit. Landlord was also hard to reach, wouldn't answer our phone calls or texts if there was a problem with the house.
