A realistic valuation by Chris Davis and lots of viewings meant that we secured a buyer quickly. Sam, who was managing our sale, worked hard on our behalf and went the extra mile. She was cheerful and supportive throughout a protracted and difficult move which was caused by problems further down the chain and was not in any way the fault of Davis Lund.
We would certainly recommend this agent if you are selling in Ripon. They really know the market and are very supportive to their clients.

Davis & Lund what a 'GREAT' company. Shane Griffin was the agent I dealt with. What a really top helpful guy. Seamless service from start to completion.
