I used Andrew Hill to sell my house and I can't tell you how pleased I was that they acted for me. They were so professional from the start - Andrew was so knowlegable about the market, gave great advise which we took and we got a good price very quickly. The sale was quite tricky but it was down to Andrew and his team to get us to the exchange - without them the whole chain would have fallen through - their no nonsense approach worked brilliantly. They really are the "Frankel" of estate agents!
