We had M A Wash Vac out to repair our 4 year old Siemens dishwasher in September, on 27th December the same fault happened. they arranged for an engineer to come out and whilst his comments were a bit miss leading, the overall service was fantastic. Wes did his best on 30th to try and get the part needed however none of the engineers had it. He had to re order from Siemens and he did try to get it so it could all be sorted by 31st, however he couldn`t manage but the fact he tried and kept me updated showed great service. Have too follow rules through management of landlord and every time was told to contact you. I contacted manufacturer but couldn’t come because of COVID-19 for washing machine/ dryer with 3 years guarantee which Landlord had bought from you I had to contact you 11 times and 4 out of the 11 times that the thermostat had gone and was eventually changed. Had more problems. I managed to get through the manufactures came a few weeks ago and helped. Customer service is appalling by not listening and now been barred due to instruction from agent. I contacted them 3x weeks ago because my washing machine was beeping with error codes and after cleaning the filters etc, the error was still present. The machine was not getting sufficient water into the wash cycle. MA Wash Vac gave me a prompt appointment and set out their call out charges & total costs upfront.
After coming out on the first visit, the technician observed one of the valves was faulty. An order was placed and a second visit was made in under a week (no extra charges) to fit it.

Had a freezer issue so they sent an engineer. Engineer spent 2mins (which they could've advised I try over the phone instead), still charged for full service fee despite not checking anything thoroughly.
Then requested I pay cash, I assume to avoid VAT as I wasn't given a proper receipt- he said it would be on the system... no email received though.
Not what I call an honest company!!
