Quick call out and useful engineer. However, I suggest steering clear of this operation, whose business model is based on highly inflated spare part pricing, counting on consumers not recognising that. They replaced a dishwasher heat pump, charging £143 for a part that retailed from official manufacturer website for £73. When queried, I was offered the chance to have the engineer return to remove the just installed part and let us supply it for later fitting, but would not reconsider the completely unreasonable doubled part price. Avoid.

TLDR: been waiting a month and a half, charged 150£ and still no fix
tried to get my dishwasher fixed a month and a half ago, had two engineers out and was charged 150£ and neither of them fixed the appliance. was told that this was non-refundable but I could knock 100£ off another dishwasher if i purchased it from them. been waiting over a month to see if I can get a new dishwasher, every time I call I'm told its out of stock and i'll get a call back.

Repair Aid have been fine in the past. Maybe they have new engineers or staff but lately they don't seem to know what they are doing. They first came for inspection and I was told a new drum would fix the problem so we paid close to £500 for this and find the machine is still leaking. After another visit they ask for more money for the same problem he initially came to inspect! after two further visits they find new things wrong each time and ask for more money! We called an expert engineer from Standard Appliances in E10 who said the drum was not fitted properly and repaired the problem for us

Arrived on time and completed the work to a high standard, removing the old dishwasher and installing a new energy-efficient one. The engineer was very polite and friendly and all the work was completed within the one hour. Emma was also most helpful on the phone and was able to answer any questions I had on the initial quote with ease. I was very pleased with the way the work was carried out, extremely efficiently and I would certainly recommend.

I would not recommend this company. Initial contact was fine in the sense of arranging my appointment. I had two appliances for repair was told it would cost £42.00 each for diagnostics. The tradesman arrived on time. It was a good thing I had a call from the office before to tell me he was on his way because upon arrival he just stood outside my front door as if willing it to magically open. When he came in he started to check the appliances. Within a couple of minutes he was on the phone to someone as if taking instructions, as he wasn't speaking English I don't know he was saying.
