They keep their promise to come back and fix the problem for no additional cost until the machine works. Their technician cleaned our machine but told us, that the problem might be with a part which needs to be changed. After he left, we used the dishwasher and the problem came back. Called Happy Appliances, we ordered the part in question, technician came back and installed the part. Machine is working since and no additional cost. And they provide a 12 month guarantee for another issue caused by the same failure.

Had a positive experience with Happy Appliances.
Beforehand, was in great communication with Michael through email. He made it clear the work that would entail, and the price. Also gave clear indication of the time the person would come over.
The guy came within agreed timescales and helped diagnose the issue. Although not repairable, he was polite, courteous and professional throughout. Wore plastic shoe protectors on feet and mask throughout.
Overall happy to use again and recommend to anyone with appliance issue.

Very satisfied with the service . The engineer arrived on time . He was efficent , worked hard . Very clean and tidy.

Absolutely fantastic. I had a refrigerator issue. Mikhail responded to emails promptly, was polite & friendly, and gave honest quotes.
The technician arrived on time, was highly professional, and knew exactly how to repair the fridge.
The price was better than any of the other quotes I got, and the service was impeccable.
