Hobbs Carpet Cleaning was established in 2010, with just a handful of customers - each and every one of them happy with our service. The founder, managing director and chief cleaner is BEN HOBBS - a self-confessed "clean freak". I inherited the clean genes from my mother, who always kept everything spotlessly clean.
I think she used to vacuum the house around 15 times a day, although that may be a slight exaggeration. As I grew up, I realised quite how much I like my surroundings to be clean too. Over time, it became obvious that cleaning would become my livelihood. My father is in the cleaning industry and I used to tag along with him, discovering what works and what doesn't.

These are what we, in the industry, call HIGH-MUCK AREAS. Dirt magnets - not to mention the food and drink, animal hair and well, the list is endless when it comes to things that embed into furniture. It's quite disgusting but don't take it personally, though, as every home is the same. An excellent and professional service from Hobbs this morning. Arrival on time (in fact, ahead of the scheduled time, which was really helpful but it was preceded by a call to check it was OK), the cleaning was performed with great attention to detail and using eco-products. Both sofas look fantastic! Very informative as to further steps (drying etc.) and all advice given. Would 100%recommend.

Excellent service from Ben. He cleaned a sofa, stairs and landing carpet and one bedroom. All came up like new. He explained the whole cleaning process and was extremely professional. I was very pleased with everything. 100% recommend.

Ben and his team were excellent from the first interaction, visited the site to quote, communicated well throughout, on time and very professional. I am a very happy customer and would happily recommend. The team polished our travertine floors and cleaned the grout and re sealed the flooring.
