Our Story Report

Established in 2007 by the Bett's family, who have always been interested in aquatics, have something special here to offer at Fintasia, Braintree. Cliff Betts' Father, who was a marine biologist, was the major influence to early enthusiasm of fish. The family have always kept fish and wanted to bring something new to the table with this store.

In the event of this, you will be contacted with an update of when we will receive new stock should you wish to wait, we may also offer an alternative product if suitable for yourself. If none of the other options work for you, we will cancel and refund your order asap. If you've changed your mind about something, you can return your item/s to us within 14 days after delivery for a full refund (not including postage).

A little gem tucked away behind Freeport. Not only fishy stuff but a large area upstairs for other pets too. We went in search of presents for the dogs for Christmas and were not disappointed. Only downside was that the dogs found the stairs a bit awkward

Very large selection of tropical fish in Braintree. Good variety and friendly staff. The only reason I didn't give them a five is they didn't have the fish on sale that I wanted as they'd only just arrived.

Wide selection of products for dogs and fish. love going see the salt water fish. they have make your own dog ice cream from a counter, love that. also dog treats I could only buy crufts and mail-order previously.

Always good advice on all items. Helpful and polite.
Will be back soon when I need to restock my aquarium.
Even have a discount card supplied, all goods are reasonably priced and the fish in excellent condition, nothing seems to be to much trouble.
