Services
The company workforce initially consisted of five employees and has grown steadily to a total of eighteen employees, consisting of administration, management, fabricators, pipe fitters, coded welders and insulation engineers. Together with our sister company Controls Systems Ltd we are providing for our client a results based approach founded on an in depth understanding of the needs and processes of the industries we serve.
The Willand team has a wealth of experience manufacturing vessels, platforms and stairways, pipe work, skid mounted units, full CIP systems, mash tuns, coppers and hot liqueur tanks, valves and fully automated systems for the micro brewery industry. The microbrewery service includes pipework suitable for hot and cold water, steam air lines and much more.
The insulation of vessels and pipes is essential in many industries. Many substances need to be stored within certain temperature limits to avoid substances from spoiling. Willand can insulate vessels and pipework to control temperature, reduce the risk of fire, protect against contact. Our service extends to insulating new fabrications and also re-insulating existing products.
Often tanks, pressure vessels, hoppers, skid mounted units, and platforms, filters and stairways need adapting to meet changing needs. These needs may change due to legislation or simply a change within our customers business that require equipment to be optimised. Whatever our customer requirements are, we liaise on what their end goals are and adapt their existing product/equipment to meet their new requirements.
Willand are experienced within the fabrication and welding of stainless steel pipefittings. From a single pipe spool to complete shop fabrications and site installations we can meet customers' needs. Our team are fully trained and have a wealth of knowledge within the fabrication industry. We work with detailed design drawings and iso-metric layouts to create a product designed for purpose.
