Appalling aftersales. Bought a side table - arrived damaged, offered minimal discount on an expensive product, i declined and requested a new one after already waiting months (albeit i was told this) for it to arrive. Then waited over a month for the new one which then also arrived damaged. Again no apology and Director completely lacked empathy and refused to offer a better discount that £20 off of a £500 product. Reordered again as i had all matching furniture, and then they cancelled saying it wasnt in stock depsite that i was able to add to basket online and purchased so they have obviously

Just purchased a coffee table and console table, I do have a small issue but they are working and supporting me to resolve it, they were very quick to help,... The customer service is absolutely amazing, what a wonderful team, spoken to 2 wonderful young lady's, so well mannered, respectful and polite,.. Manager is being very supportive in helping to resolve my small issues... They responded immediately, but also listened to me 😊😊 at this time, I can only prise them for them their customer service,... Thank you 😊😊😊😊😊😊

Absolutly appalling aftersales behaviour! ive literally just finished paying off over £1000 because of their arrogance in sendind back chairs. so now im stuck with boxes of chairs! and before you come on here saying " we told you about paying your own postage back (£45 PER CHAIR!!) i have all the proof that i wasbwithing my 15 days online

Please never ever buy from this company. The after sale customer service is awful. Got 2 side tables from them, but unfortunately, we got a covid when they arrived, so placed them in garage and managed to unpack them only in 2 weeks. The quality was poor, so wanted to return. Just then found out that they have only 14 days return policy. So we stuck with 2 ugly side tables. Lady on the phone was just repiting like parrot, that I am out of their return policy. And by the way, the returns you have to organise yourself and pay for it as well.
