We will arrange with you a suitable, mutual date for delivery which will be via a standard pallet service (approx 110cm x 90cm) with a one man delivery driver. Please make us aware of any property restrictions and we will arrange a smaller vehicle to deliver your items.
This service is 'kerbside' only and will require you to take the item into your home yourself - the driver will use a pallet truck to bring the item as near to the front downstairs door as possible and only if there are no obstacles such as a narrow entrance/gateways or gravel drives.You will need to unpack the item yourself (including the delivery pallet).

When a natural product such as oak is shipped it can on rare occasions, due to extreme weather conditions, be prone to slight swelling, this is normal and will settle in a short space of time, this normally affects drawers and doors and is not seen as a fault and a such is no reason to request a return or to refuse a delivery, in a few instances it may require you to swap doors or drawers around to rectify this or even a small amount of shaving, this will not alter the look of your item once a small of Danish oil is applied to the area, we also suggest this be done on a non-visible edge.

Poor quality products. Brought two vanity units 'oak' is not solid, it's veneered onto mdf. The basins are of poor quality which do not fit onto a standard waste pipe. Also comes as a sideboard for you to convert rather than a ready made vanity unit. You'd be better of buying a good quality side board and basin separately elsewhere. Never again.

Avoid. Product will be damaged in transit and the company will not take responsibility. Will be a lengthy process to get any remediation. Do not buy from this company. Bought a £500 'solid oak' vanity unit for my bathroom that was damaged in transit and the MD refused to replace even though under the Consumer Protection Act they should do so. Complaint made to Ombudsman
