Services
We are specialists in chimney systems and installations including flue installations and relining. Full chimney/fireplace build or alteration services, from extending your hearth to a bespoke design and build. We clear all our rubble and rubbish to your onsite skip or remove it from site for recycling.
We offers our new and existing customers an annual sweep/service for their stoves. This includes sweeping the flue liner, insulated twin wall flue systems, removing and cleaning stove parts, checking and replacing doors and glass seals as necessary (rope included). Dust spray the stove (not enamel stoves).
Please find enclosed my cheque for the balance of payment for the supply and fitting of my woodburner stove. From you doing the survey, then the removal of my old gas fire and surround by your 'bricky' (Graham), who did a first class job, remodelling my fireplace to my exact requirements (by building two 9inch brick-piers with rural type bricks), adding the two courses of bricks on top with the corbled effect to support the oak beam mantle.

Fter a year of saving for a stove as a family we wish we had never gone ahead with the instillation, 24 hours after install we had water running in through the building , You cannot reach the owner of the business Rodney Dixon ( who by the way has given his own business a 5 star review !! ) , for 12 weeks we have had water running in the house and despite repeated attempts the stove shop will not accept any liability whatsoever , When survey carried out you could not meet a nicer man but once the bill has been paid it is like dealing with a completely different business , I have never had to complain

Had a inset wood burner fitted a few years ago.
Had problems at the time with bad workmanship and lack of fibreboard.
Caused lots of damage which they did come and rectify but
BUT.....
Just having the fire replaced. Can't believe how unsafe this fire had been all these years...so lucky our house didn't go up in flames

Brilliant service. We were fitting new flooring and as the Wood burner was purchased and installed from the Stove Shop professionally and very nicely, we asked them to remove it and once the floor was finished to reinstate the wood burner. The workmen where very helpful, clean and tidy and I thought the price was very reasonable. Would strongly recommend the Stove shop for service for any wood burner requirements.
