We attended a late afternoon booking prior to attending a timed festival entry. We enjoyed a good beer whilst waiting for our meal, but the order took an hour to arrive which made us late for the timed entry.
The food cost £14 for each 'festive chicken burger', £8 for each starter of fishcakes and £10 for a children's fish goujons which was not listed or priced on the menu.

Absolutely amazing! A real country pub set in a beautiful village. We had not planned to stop ,just simply driving through ,saw The Wheel Inn, it was so appealing with an outdoor covered area. The pub and restaurant small but perfectly formed, cosy, full of character plus inviting and the staff and locals so friendly and helpful. We looked at the menu and will certainly be going back for a meal as we literally just dropped in for for light refreshments. What a find!
