Fully qualified and trained in WAT PO Massage School Bangkok, with more than 10 years experience. Thai Massages are part massage and part meditation. They work on the body and the mind to achieve a level of relaxation you may think is not possible. The human body is an incredible machine, capable of amazing things.
It is also quite fragile and needs looking after. We all know that if we get cut or if a bone breaks, we have to seek medical attention straight away. Few of us can recognise over-tiredness and stress however and these things can be very bad for us indeed. People have many ways to de-stress themselves.

To really revitalise your body, consider a Thai Oil Massage. Our vast range of oils and balms all contain certain different properties and are used according to your needs. Your masseuse is an expert in the art and science of massage oils and will recommend the right blend for you. Whereas a Traditional Thai Massage seeks to tackle specific issues that you may have, a bad back for example, an Oil Massage is all about the relaxation.
The Traditional Thai Massage can be performed over a number of different levels. The basic form is performed fully clothed and does not use oils or balms. It has often been described as a form of assisted Yoga, where only the masseuse exerts any effort and you remain fully neutral, relaxed and malleable throughout.
There is a debate in the medical-science community as to the cause and status of cellulite. There are no pills or creams that you can buy from the chemist that will effectively address the issue for you. It is thought to be linked to your hormones as well as to your lifestyle and other factors such as stress.
Reflexology works on the premise that key pressure points in your body are linked to other areas, such as your internal organs. These areas 'reflex' when the pressure point is stimulated. The techniques developed in many ancient cultures including Egypt, India and China. In Thailand, the techniques have become an art form with a serious college of study located prestigiously near the Royal Palace in Bangkok.
Many people have the desire for a youthful appearance with smooth, wrinkle-free skin. A Thai Facial Massage can help slow the effect of time's forward march by using traditional Thai massage techniques adapted for the face. There are 90 different muscles in your face, over time they lose their suppleness and tone.

Perhaps the most authentic Thai massage I've had in ages. Some bigger establishments say they can do them but they're soft handed and just do a fingertip massage. This place may not look like a 5* place but they certainly know how to do a proper Thai massage. The only place in Penrith but still one of the best I've been too.

Outstanding. Better than Lake view. Stop searching and go here. These ladies know what they are doing and delivered a target whole body massage plus reflexology for a 2 hour session that cost me similar to 1 hour of soft touch, all appearances but no substance approach at Lake view. If you have been out for some serious hiking or had a hard week at work, come here and give your body the love it deserves. If you don’t want pummeling, ask for a softer touch but if you know the real deal and you want your meat tender then ask for that deep tissue. Next time I will try the traditional Thai instead

Went for a massage and got placed in the same room as my brother in law. 2 ladies doing massage kept talking throughout (very off putting). My brother in law preferred a firmer massage but I asked for a relaxing (more gentle) massage. Needless to say my request was ignored (I got a firm massage!) and the whole experience was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Since then I have suffered with back/muscular issues every day (it’s now nearly 2 months after). I would certainly not recommend unless you like being ignored and tortured.

Having had many many massages over the decades (including Thai) , I can honestly say this one doesn't come close to the others. I felt like a piece of meat being tenderised for a barbecue.
No sign of essential oils and a bruiser of a massage, all with the sound of the next customer chatting in the waiting room. For £40 I needed a more relaxing experience.

I don't really know how to feel about this place.
First of all, there aren't private "rooms". My massage was held in a curtained off alcove from the main waiting room, meaning you can hear customers come and go, and staff chatting. This in itself would have been fine, but the door to the toilet is actually in that "room", so during the course of my massage, both staff members and a customer came in to use the toilet. This made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and not at all relaxed, and actually spoiled the massage somewhat.
The massage therapist was good, however the bed was broken making it

I have just moved back to the UK from Australia where I had Thai massage every two weeks. I did not hold out for even finding a Thai place in Penrith, let alone a good one. I was very pleased with both the massage and the setting: a simple room, no frills (I've been to snazzier places), but with warm towels, lovely music and relaxing atmosphere. The combination of Thai and deep tissue massage was just what I was after (good, slow rhythm too with nice oil) and I cannot believe that it is in Penrith! Good value too at £40 for an hour. I've had Thai massage before in London that wasn't half as good
