We experienced an eruption of raw sewage in our front garden on a Friday morning. We called the local drainage service, who were unable to help, and referred it on to Severn Trent Water. After two visits, they were unable to sort out the problem. I then contacted Birmingham Drain services, and though it was now a Sunday, an operative arrived, in the dark and in the rain, and sorted the problem within the hour. His name was Jamie, and his cheerfulness and professionalism is a credit to the company. An excellent service all round.
