I found Cotterill on google search. I wrote an email explaining that I needed Soakaway crates for my self-build project. Cotterill and the team were very understanding and helped me in every way possible. From start to finish the team made sure I had everything I needed and made it very easy, which I greatly appreciated. I took delivery of the crates yesterday as planned. The delivery driver was incredibly helpful, assisting with unloading a truck load by hand!

My enquiry and purchase from Cotterill Civils was for 38 meters of slot drains to go beside a swimming pool and I knew nothing about slot drains except that they seemed to be very expensive. My call was answered by Danielle who was amazing. She explained everything, was extremely patient, came up with a very competitive price, sorted out a delivery schedule that worked perfectly and they arrived on site when she said they would. Absolutely first class service. We needed to get a sewage treatment plant urgently as we were moving house and our existing system didn’t comply. Cotterill had one in stock at a reasonable price and had it delivered halfway across the country to East Kent in two working days. Very helpful delivery driver assisted us with unloading.
