TLDR bought an air-con; faulty product, worse customer service possible, scam you out of your money.
We bought an air-con unit to keep one of our rooms cool during the peak Summer heat. The unit arrived with a small faulty fitting which caused hot air to leak back out of the exhaust into the room.
We had the absolutely agonizing experience of trying to sort this out with one of the worse customer service reps I have ever met - Hettie.
She typically takes over a MONTH to reply at a time, if she replies at all. When she does actually decide to reply, she ignores everything you've said - you end
