At Trac we can provide various services and issue you with relevant certification to ensure that your company always remains compliant.
Once an order is won our contract's department will plan the installation according to the client's requirements and then pass the details on to our team of fully qualified engineers. Our Project Manager will conduct a full survey of your premises and a final drawing is produced for sign off.
After sign off, the drawing is them passed to an installation engineer who will complete the project according to the size of the project and number of units being installed.Once the project is complete, a commissioning report and a fully detailed Operation and Maintenance manual (O&M) is issued to the client, giving all certification and maintenance requirements for the type of air conditioning unit installed.

Any non-domestic building must be safe at all times and in the event of mains power failure requires emergency lighting fitted. Emergency lighting requires monthly and annual testing and Trac can carry out these scheduled tests to ensure any failures are detected, reported and remedied as soon as possible.
