We used City Gas to replace our boiler in December 2014, including installation of a nest thermostat. From the first interaction with the company we were very impressed with the personal and professional service. The installers were friendly and very tidy, with the work carried out and finished to a very high standard. The new system was explained to us, and any questions we had answered clearly. Fantastic service. Needed a new boiler and a couple of radiators fitted and was highly impressed by the efficiency, friendliness and openness of all employees. From start to finish Steve, James & Gareth made me feel involved, and took the time to explain the job and everything that was being done, before executing it to a very high standard.
