New boiler was fitted. This company was fantastic at keeping me informed of what was going on throughout the day the boiler was fitted. There was no mess and they did a fantastic job. Everyone that I have had contact with throughout the process has been polite and friendly which is rare to find these days.

I'm not sure what's happened to LS1, as they previous had great reviews and were even recommended to me by a friend who really rated them.
I had a new boiler installed by them late October and after they had completed the work, I noticed that my my water pressure had dropped. As I was getting a new bathroom fitted I decided to see how it was after that. However, before, during and after the refurb the boiler kept dropping below functioning level. I contacted LS1 who refused to even come to check if things had been fitted correctly and said it had to do with Thames Water. I said to them at the

Critical: Responsiveness
I have called to book a service for the boilier that LS1 Boilers fitted. I have spoken to an answering service on 3 different occassions and have been told that LS1 Boilers will call me back to make an appointment, which they have failed to do. waste of time and effort todate

Very unprofessional service, I had a yearly service contract for which monthly payments were made and when the time came at year end to service, they dumped me by cancelling the contract, cancelling the service appointment of the engineer in the high winter season only two calender days before service was scheduled and tht too on a Friday afternoon before weekend. all I can say tht no other business can possibly be more unreliable than this, do business with them at your own perils, you have been warned!

I had a new boiler installed this week after my previous antiquated one decided it had had enough. I contacted LS1 Boilers who were extremely professional right from the first phone call, all throughout the installation and the follow up post completion. Amanda organised everything for me and kept me fully informed right up to installation date. The lead engineer Jordan and his 2 accomplices, namely Elliott and Dimitri, were totally organised and also kept me informed throughout the whole process. After the installation completion, they did a thorough tidy up and left everything the way they had

I cannot reccomend this company enough. Had a new electric boiler installed in less than a week from payment.
My old boiler was almost 20 years old, it never worked fully since moving in 2 years ago. I initially wanted to go for a combi boiler as I had read that it could be better option by heating water on demand (I had been really put off having another hot water storage system because of the old one) after speaking with Indy the technical manager he assured me that I would be wasting my money going for a combi boiler as it would not be suitable for the type of property I have and that actually
