At Turnaround Publisher Services we're proud to offer a full sales and distribution service to our clients. For more than 30 years we've worked with some of the most interesting, innovative, and important publishers from around the globe to sell their books into the trade. Our customers include bookshop chains, wholesalers, galleries, comic book stores, and online retailers.
We focus mostly on the UK and European markets but will supply books anywhere in the world! Our publisher clients vary from small independent literary presses to large mainstream publishing houses and cover a diverse range of genres including fiction, graphic novels, art, photography, and children's.

Services
Bill founded Turnaround in 1984, and since has grown the company to a 23 million turnover and staff of 55. Bill looks after a successful range of publisher clients, set up Turnaround Gift, opened a shop, and is widely respected by our UK & US clients for his deep knowledge of the industry. Claire joined Turnaround in 1988 and is co-owner alongside Bill.
The office however is closed but staff are working from home. Please send a brief proposal with a bit more information about your press, including annual turnover, backlist titles, any forthcoming AIs (advance information) and links to your website or social media to our Marketing Director, Claire Thompson. If you need to make data changes please contact our Marketing Manager, Jenn Thompson, in the first instance.
Our sales team has one common goal: to sell our publishers' books in as many outlets as possible. We have built valuable relationships with buyers across the UK and Europe, whether that be with bookshop buyers, online retailers, wholesalers, or buyers in specialist shops, galleries, museums and libraries.
Our dedicated in-house Customer Services team is available 9-5, five days a week, to help both publishers and customers with any queries or issues. We're always happy to help with anything from orders and stock transfers to event stock and author copies, so don't hesitate to pick up the phone and give us a call!
