Our experience of this company is very dishonest using tactics to drive prices up. We submitted an offer on a property (asking price) and more viewings were confirmed after our submission..was quite obvious these guys intensions and the bidding battle began. Seems great from a selling side however I wouldn't waste your time or money buying from them.

Only a valuation at moment but a very honest and very instructive appraisal of property and realistic but not under rated assessment of present market conditions and valuation. Very impressed with openess and marketing strategy.
